Delete your account and data
You can delete your account from inside the app (Profile, then Delete account), which erases your data on our server and revokes your sign-in. Signing out clears Hearth's data from the device (your household stays on the server and re-downloads when you sign back in). You can also email us to request deletion. Analytics and crash data are anonymous; turn off notifications to stop the push token.
Make a data request
To access, correct, export, or erase your data, email hello@snowah.com from the address associated with the app. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Report a problem or abuse
Security issues and abuse reports go to hello@snowah.com and are prioritised.
